David brings decades of experience as a Principal Developer and Consultant, having built and delivered high-performing payment service provider (PSP) and independent sales organization (ISO) merchant onboarding platforms for major institutions across Europe and North America. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, and throughout his career has been recognized for his ability to merge deep technical expertise with strategic business insight.

His track record includes leading initiatives that optimize onboarding and risk management processes, architecting scalable transaction systems, and delivering software solutions that meet rigorous regulatory standards while enhancing speed-to-market.
